They worked tirelessly with my husband and were always quick to answer questions and help us.   It was the most amazing trip of our lives!  We had an incredible tour guide, Lisa, who understood exactly what we wanted to see and made it all happen.  She would confirm all our reservations and helped us see areas of New Zealand we would have missed had we gone alone.  I cannot say enough about how amazing this experience was largely to New Zealand Organiser and Lisa.  Thank you Thank you Thank you!!! I hope to be able to utilize your services again in the future. What were the highlights of your holiday? Skiing as it was completely new, exciting and exhilarating! (As per my husband) Also doing the e-bike.  Though I missed out on both as I just couldn’t do it. I did enjoyed it as much as my family did looking at the photos. If they’re happy, I am too! Do you have any suggestions for what we could have done to improve your holiday experience? Not really as you’ve done an amazing job and you’re always available when we needed you. Great experience! We did the first time in 2018 with Patrick and that was great. New Zealand Travel Organiser is such a phenomenal and wonderful company to work with. They went out of their way more times than I can count to ensure the at this trip went perfect. My wife turned 50 this year and I surprised her and her mom with a 10 day trip to New Zealand. Both being enormous LOTR fans I could not think of a better perfect gift. I started this trip 3 years ago not knowing how the process works as I have only gone out of country (1) time. Nicole responded rather quickly despite the 18 hour or so time difference.  Nicole very politely let me know that was too far in advance as the exchange rates changes, but, with that being said, over the next 3 years she continually worked with me to create a trip that would allow them to see everything thats wonderful about New Zealand and, of course, for them to visit and see the numerous LOTR locations. Over the 3 years I had to modify the trip numerous times over the years, but I never felt any frustration or had any issues with it. Nicole came up with perfect itinerary for the 10 days and one that allowed for them to enjoy the trip with no real sense of urgency. The trip was built to allow enough time between each event to allow them to really see and tour the country. About 2 months prior to the trip, I unfortunately had to change the trip again due to some health issues with my mother in law and my wife did not feel comfortable driving in another country and on the right side! They were very understable and quickly found us a tour guide named Lisa. What a wonderful guide and person she was!! She was extremely knowledgeable of everything and provided them with such wonderful insight of New Zealand and their history. She went above and beyond to ensure my wife and her mom were taken care of at every hotel, apartment and even the hobbit hole!! She did everything to ensure her mom had access to a wheelchair or golf cart etc, when needed, so that she could enjoy the sightseeing and could participate in the tours. Lisa even went out of her way to call the airports on their return flights home, in New Zealand and in Houston, Texas to ensure that an airport employee and a wheelchair were available so they could move quickly thru the airport. I will for always be grateful to Nicole, her co-workers and for our tour guide Lisa for making this trip a life changing experience for my wife and her mom and for providing them with life long memories! I cant even put into words how kind, caring, thoughtful and exceptional they are and how far out of their way they went to ensure that the trip was perfect and that their needs were met the entire time! I know they are both already looking to return. If you are even slightly interested in visiting New Zealand I highly recommend you contact New Zealand Travel Organiser!! You will regret it if you dont!! An exceptional wonderful experience!

We emailed a plan for a trip on Saturday evening, and received a follow-up call on Sunday morning to discuss the finer details. The itinerary was very detailed and all went well. Nicole set us up with the perfect combination of LoTR, New Zealand history and sights, with time to explore on our own. This time Francine has arranged our holiday. Her arrangement and care were absolutely perfect. When we are not only excited but also apprehensive about going to places where we have never been and doing experiences that we have never had before, she worked hard to allay our fears. As for me, I was very nervous about driving a car in another country for the first time. However, thanks to her arrangements, my anxieties about driving a rental car were less than I expected. New Zealand Travel Organizer is remarkable for its back-up system. If the main consultant is unavailable, the alternative consultant responds very quickly except on public holidays. We can always feel reassured by the back-up system. I would like to use New Zealand Travel Organizer again when I visit New Zealand in the future.

Thank you so much Francine, you organised a SUPERB itinerary for us and when disaster struck on Day 1 you were right in there reorganising our accommodation and OUR activities. You kept abreast of the Rain Storms, washed out roads, floods and every thing else nature threw at us. AND you refunded us in full immediately for all the cancelled activites.  You made our holiday enjoyable throughout and we appreciate you enormously.  I can't recommend New Zealand Travel Organisation highly enough...you won't find a better organisation anywhere in the world. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts, you are a gem.
