Day 6 Heli Ski Queenstown

Experience 2 spectacular runs in untouched backcountry powder, then take a well-earned break to enjoy a sumptuous mountain-top lunch. Your afternoon is spent carving your signature down 2 more untouched powder slopes.

Day 7 Wanaka

Driving time Queenstown to Wanaka 70 km / 1 hour

With your heli ski adventure fresh in your mind, it’s time to head to Wanaka. The drive over the Crown Range presents you with eye-popping views as you head to your next adventure destination, Wanaka.

When you arrive in the vibrant, laid-back ski town of Wanaka, check in to your accommodation and get settled in. You can venture downtown to check out the lake and the local shops, or relax in your accommodation while gearing up for your ski adventures.

Day 8 Wanaka

Driving time Wanaka to Cardrona Alpine Resort 34 km / 45 minutes

Breathe in the fresh mountain air; it’s time to get your Wanaka mountain mojo on.

Day 10 Wanaka

For a more sophisticated option, you can visit Rippon Winery and soak in the fantastic views while tasting the best of Central Otago wines.

Day 11 Depart Queenstown

Driving time Wanaka to Queenstown 70 km / 1 hour

Make your way to Queenstown Airport and drop off your rental car. Depart Queenstown at your leisure.
