James Cook Apartment Named after Captain James Cook, the great British explorer who first discovered New Zealand in 1769 and landed at Ships Cove in the Marlborough Sounds on January 16th 1770.
Edwin Fox Suite Named after the Edwin Fox, the world’s ninth oldest wooden sailing ship, docked in Picton harbour.
Reservations can be made as a huge two bed roomed combination, incorporating the Queen Charlotte Suite. This option allows guests exclusive use of the grand main entrance of the house with its ornately panelled hallway, hand carved dado rail, beautifully carved newel post & native timber panelled staircase. Queen Charlotte Suite Named after Queen Charlotte, after whom the Queen Charlotte Sound takes its name.
