Poppy’s is a newly built, spacious alpine home and features extensive use of NZ native timbers, which gives it a charming, timeless, alpine character.

Stephen and Trish are passionate and knowledgeable about the Wanaka region. They have a wealth of information about the local sight-seeing possibilities and can advise about the best walks, ski runs, restaurants, vineyards – whatever your interests are, they can help.

Breakfast & Dinner

Poppy’s can make you a hearty, seasonal, alpine breakfast to set you up for your day or they can provide you with a variety of provisions to prepare your own.

Self catering option available if desired.

Dinner, a delicious meal featuring fine NZ produce, can also be offered by prior arrangement. Enjoy this in summer, under the stars on our spacious deck or in winter by a roaring open fire.
