Each suite features:

• A beautifully tiled en suite bathroom with a porcelain and timber vanity, walk-in stone floor shower, heated tile floor, heated towel rails, hair dryer and quality personal products.

• Thick cotton bathrobes, cotton slippers and case rack.

• TV, DVD & CD player, along with an intimate selection of books, magazines and CDs.

• Enclosed service unit fitted with microwave, fridge, toaster, cutlery, crockery and glass ware.

The Ambrosia Suite

• Step through French doors from a private patio garden entrance into an elegant luxury suite filled with a warm, romantic ambience – queen size bed with dual electric blanket and wool underlay.

The Lauralie Suite

• Opening into two elegant rooms from a private court yard entrance the Lauralie suite has a queen size bed and an adjoining room with twin single beds all with electric blankets and wool underlays

Hosts

Mary and Patrick have a keen sense of adventure, they have travelled widely, participate in a variety of outdoor pursuits, such as: landscaping, gardening, trekking, kayaking and biking. Both share a love of nature, wholesome foods, books, music, theatre and art. They enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, spiked with perky humour and interesting conversation.

Breakfast

Your Gourmet feast may include such tempting delights as: home made blueberry muffins with rhubarb and honey, buttermilk banana pancakes with maple syrup and wild berries, freshly prepared juices or fruit smoothies. Home made cereal, yoghurts and fresh fruit platters, are laid out for your selection.

A cooked choice follows, treat yourself to the farm house fillers made from free range eggs, local and organic meats (when available) or tuck in to the gourmet pastries, cheeses and pies, not to forget Mary’s oven fresh bread, home made jams, marmalade and Manuka honey.

Freshly ground coffee, fine teas, including herb and fruit, compliment, what surely must be a very hearty breakfast and a great start to your day.
