Multi Day Tours

2 Day Tour – Milford Sound / Te Anau

DAY 1 Queenstown – Te Anau

• Heading south along the shores of Lake Wakatipu ride along the southern scenic route before heading north towards Te Anau, the gateway to the Fiordland National park.

DAY 2 Te Anau – Milford – Queenstown

• Ride through the Fiordland National Park and into Milford Sound, it is here that you have the option of taking a boat cruise on this magnificent sound.
• Back on dry land, reverse your tracks through this prehistoric landscape back to Queenstown.

2 Day Tour – Heritage Trail

DAY 1 Queenstown – Dunedin

• Head east from Queenstown following the Kawarau River through Cromwell and onto Alexandra, a well known citrus producing area. Heading south follow the banks of the mighty Clutha River as it winds its way through Roxborough and onto Raes Junction, to have lunch.
• Head to Lawrence to explore the remains of the gold rush era, then onto Dunedin for the night.

DAY 2 Dunedin – Queenstown

• Heading north along the eastern coastline, cruise to Palmerston before turning inland along Macraes Flat to view some of New Zealand’s largest mining operations.
• Then cruise to Naseby & St Bathans & explore these historic gold rush towns while enjoying lunch.
• Having spent the afternoon exploring this historic region, cruise home to Queenstown.  

10 Day South Island Tour

DAY 1 Queenstown – Te Anau

• Leave Queenstown behind and head through the Kawarau Gorge, across Lake Dunstan and travel through the gold fields, following the heritage trail to Te Anau, the gateway to Milford Sound.

DAY 2 Te Anau – Milford – Te Anau

• Ride through the Fiordland National Park and into Milford Sound, it is here that you have the option of taking a boat cruise on this magnificent sound.

DAY 3 Te Anau – Dunedin

• Cross the island through the farmlands of Southland & the Clutha Valley as you head to Dunedin.

DAY 4 Dunedin – Lake Tekapo

• Your ride today takes you north along the banks of Lake Dunstan through the grandeur of the Lewis Pass as you make your way towards Lake Tekapo and the Church of the Good Shepard.

DAY 5 Lake Tekapo – Christchurch

• Make your way to the Mount Cook/Aoraki National park, to view New Zealand’s highest Mountain Mount Cook/Aoraki. Having taken in such beauty, cross the open plains to Christchurch.

DAY 6 Christchurch – Nelson

• The East Coast is your destination as you head along the picturesque Alpine Pacific route through to Kaikoura, where you may want to take in whale watching, afterwards continue onto Nelson.

DAY 7 Nelson – Punakaiki

• The rugged West Coast is your destination today, as you head through the Buller Gorge for Punakaiki and the famous Pancake Rocks & incredible Blowholes.

DAY 8 Punakaiki – Franz Josef

• Enjoy an incredible ride along the West Coast to Franz Joseph, with the mountainous forest region on your left & the Tasman Sea to your right – some of the most breath-taking riding.

DAY 9 Franz Josef – Cardrona

• The Gates of Haast and the spectacular Haast Pass awaits as you head across the Mount Aspiring National Park along the banks of Lake Wanaka through to the Cardrona Valley, for your stay at the historic Cardrona Hotel established since 1863.

DAY 10 Cardrona – Queenstown

• Head for one of the most spectacular cruising experiences you will encounter as you follow the Cardrona Valley road over the Crown Range (the highest sealed road in NZ) to Arrowtown.
• Having explored this historic village of Arrowtown head back through Queenstown and follow the picturesque Lake Wakatipu to Glenorchy on the northern tip of the lake.
• It is now time to cruise back to Queenstown for an evening cruise & dine on Lake Wakatipu.

Harley Davidson Bike Rentals

• Rates include: Helmet, jacket, leather gloves & unlimited kilometres for greater than 3 days rental
• All bikes are late model, low mileage Harley’s – specific models available on request
• All bikes have passenger back rests, panniers/saddle bags and either a top box or Ventura pack
• Windshields available for all touring bikes
• Full insurance with a bond/insurance excess of NZ$4,000 per bike
• CDW available on request to reduce the bond/insurance excess
• You must have your full motorcycle licence to rent a bike & must be older than 25
• Day hire: 0900 to 1730 hours
• All bikes are to be returned in a clean condition and a full tank of petrol, if not surcharge of $50.00
• Available from Auckland, Waihi, Tauranga, Queenstown & other destinations by arrangement
