The whole guest area is downstairs, with a separate entrance, kitchen, seated guest area, garden and spacious conservatory which provides a quiet, private environment for guests to relax. Today it is an impressive building, with lovely views of the city and the harbour. The section of High Street where it is located is an Historic Precinct and Deacons Court is listed on the City’s historic building register.
