All units feature spacious living and a self-contained private spa. The radiator heaters and hot water is all heated via Rotorua’s geothermal activity, providing excellent heating and warm rooms all year round.

Spacious Studio

• Spacious studios ranging between 62 and 70m²
• Most have a queen and single bed on a mezzanine floor, two units have a super king and single bed
• Well suited to a couple with a child and perfect for couples wanting space to relax

Family Friendly

• Very large rooms ranging from 70 to 90m²
• All rooms offer a queen bed down stairs and a combination of 3 – 5 single beds up stairs
• The kitchenette, bathroom, 32" TV and private spa entrance are all down stairs
• Upstairs is a 15” TV with a DVD player, both TV’s have the 7 sky channels
• New furniture and bedding have recently been purchased offering that extra comfort

Double Queen Deluxe

• Similar to the ‘Family Friendly’ except that there is a queen bed up stairs and down
• Ranging from 70 to 90m² these rooms are suited for families, or couples wanting a weekend away
• The kitchenette, bathroom, 32" TV and private spa entrance are all down stairs
• Upstairs is a 15” TV with a DVD player, both TV’s have the 7 sky channels
• New furniture and bedding have recently been purchased offering that extra comfort.
